Abstract
This article emerged from a discourse analysis on daily life of rural social group and its socio-cultural relations, addressing the question of space organization of celebrations and reflections of society, especially the feast called the feast of sausage Christ the Redeemer community, which features a traditional look specific cultural context. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the socio-cultural events and allow the reader a more comprehensive view of these elements in the community, the richness of this culture is evident in the peculiar feast of sausage, which is an organization working in a collective way, the interaction of all in a dynamic and integrationist, you need to analyze these types of organizations by looking for specific cultural and religious since the field of culture is possible to see a diversity of expressions.
